I decided to become a lawyer because I have a strong interest in criminal law and a passion for justice.
WHAT IS ONE THING PEOPLE think THEY KNOW ABOUT YOUR JOB?
That criminal defense lawyers only try to "get people off" lol. That's really not the job of a GOOD defense attorney. I think a good defense attorney's main goals are to make sure things are FAIR within the criminal justice system and to keep their clients from getting into trouble again.

That the vast majority of our clients are truly good people.

Be patient and thoroughly learn the law. Don't cut corners. Become an expert in your field, and the business will come.
